🔧 已知方言（pr-genius 在 OKF 基础上的扩展）

pr-genius 是 OKF v0.1 的方言实施，不是标准实现。原因：pr-genius 加了 OKF spec 未定义的扩展字段。这些扩展是有意的——服务于「PR 贡献经验 + Agent-first 知识库」定位。

已知限制

⚠️ Sudhakaran88 validator 的 RESERVED 集合是大小写敏感（源码 validate.mjs:224），所以 INDEX.md / Log.md 等大小写变体会被忽略。这一限制被 pr-genius 用「统一小写入口名」规避。如果上游未来修复此 bug，pr-genius 已合规不受影响。
⚠️ pr-genius 自家 validate.py 的 type 词汇表有 18 个值（含 9 个扩展），但新加 type 时需要同步更新 validate.py 第 64-87 行 + Sudhakaran88 OKF validator 不会报错（扩展 type 字符串在 OKF M3 non-empty type string 检查范围内）。
